They walk amongst the unsuspecting, remaining covert, waiting patiently until the correct time to strike.

Unusually for an Assault unit, the Kairic Acolytes have a potent ranged attack as their active ability. As you unlock the Disciples of Tzeentch’s wider unit roster, they change from being your main frontline unit to a deadly second-wave attacker.

• With an upgrade, you can grant the Kairic Acolytes access to Sorcerous Bolts; this ranged attack lets you whittle away enemy units at range before engaging them in hand-to-hand combat.
• Kairic Acolytes’s passive Gestalt Sorcery ability awards them increased attack power while more than half their unit lives. Reinforce these Assault units often, either at the Inflexion Point, or with a Magister’s Gift of Tzeentch ability.
